Step 1:  Create a New Season

GameDiary uses the concept of a "Season" to organize and store your pictures and other game data. You can create a season for any player in any sport!

• Select File/New Season from the Main Menu to open up the New Season dialog box.

• Select your sport and enter your name, team name, and Season description.

• Provide a beginning date for the Season and a filename.

• Click the OK button.

Here's what happens:

• GameDiary creates a new Season file (and database).

• A statistics package designed specifically for your Season's sport is loaded.

• A "Preseason" game is added to your new Season.

• GameDiary updates its user interface to show your name and other information related to the new Season.
