SID and GameDiary let you easily transfer any Season to another SID/GameDiary user via an email message.  Share your Season's story with friends and family located anywhere in the world! 

This feature packages all of your Season data in a single file, invokes your default Email client (e.g., Outlook Express) and attaches the compressed file to your email.  Add your personal message to the body of the email, enter the destination email address, and you're ready to email your Season.

When the email is received, the other SID/GameDiary user saves the attachment, and uses the Restore menu option to open the transferred Season.

Instead of emailing your Season, you can also save it to a floppy or your hard disk.  Use your favorite CD-ROM burner software to create a CD and give it to another SID/GameDiary user.  This is the best choice for Seasons that contain several Video clips, other large media files, or many pictures in the Season database.  

This feature is also an easy and efficient method to backup your Season data.

Note that although SID can read a GameDiary 2.0 Season, GameDiary cannot currently read a Season created in SID.
