Upon submitting your order, an email is sent to you with the Registration
information and a download link. The download commences
upon clicking the link.

If you select a CD-ROM delivery method, an additional $6.95 shipping and handling
cost (domestic) is added to your order. Note that you can
still immediately download the software as described above.

Installation
(Trial Version/Download):
After the download is complete, use Windows
Explorer to select the directory in which you saved the download
file. Open the .EXE file (e.g., GD21Free.exe) to initiate the installation.
When you run the full version of our software for the first time, the
application will prompt you to enter a Serial Number and Registration Code.
This information is provided in an email sent to you immediately upon
placement of your order.
