Managing and presenting team, player and game information is what Avaplay's sports software is all about.   Whether you're a recruiter, administrator, coach, athlete or parent, our software helps you get the most out of your sports information.

We currently offer the following products:

SID Team Edition is our team-oriented, professional sports software product designed primarily for use by recruiters, media relations personnel, athletic directors and coaches.  The SID Personal Edition is similar to its big brother, but can only profile a single player within a Season.  Its the best personal sports software available for an athlete or their parent to collect and manage their personal sports information.  

GameDiary is a low cost personal sports software application designed for athletes and parents who want to collect and organize pictures, video clips, game notes and statistics associated with a sport season.

Although these sports software programs are designed to support different end user requirements, they all work to manage your sports information and tell the story of your sport season in a complete and unique fashion.  Many features are shared across the products.

Our sports software is designed to operate on the Microsoft Windows^® operating system and is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, XP and Vista.

Data organized within Seasons

All of our sports software products use the concept of a "Season" to organize and store team, player and game information. 

Using our Season Technology™, you can create a Season for any team or player in any sport. When you open a Season, a statistics "sport package" designed specifically for your Season's sport is loaded.  The software also accesses the Season's internal database and any associated external documents to present you with all of the information relevant to the current Season. 

This approach to managing sports information enables SID and GameDiary to support virtually every sport, eliminating the need to buy or learn multiple software applications.  There is no need to purchase "hockey software", "soccer software", "football software", etc. 

Since we usually associate sports information and our memories of sporting events with a team or player's sport season, this approach is the natural way to organize team, player and game information.   

Our Season-based design also make it easy for you to quickly access your sports information.  Seasons are opened in the same way you would open a word processing document, spreadsheet or picture file.  For a large organization, this approach eliminates time consuming searches through file cabinets or hundreds of folders on your PC to locate the player, team or game information you need.

The Sports Information Desk

The SID Team Edition is our professional product designed for organizations that need to collect, manage, and report information for an entire team of players.  Recruiters, media relations personnel, coaches, team managers and athletic directors can all benefit from this software's features.

The SID Team Edition manages Season information for each player on a team.  The expanded feature set for this product includes team rosters, team reports, a dynamic statistic chart, and other features that make sense for a sport organization's typical information requirements. 

Recruiters, sports information directors and other administrative personnel will also appreciate the Season Documents feature which associates and includes external document files (e.g., media guide, press releases, news articles) within a Season, enabling quick, organized access to these Season related documents and files.  This feature enables you to continue using your existing software to create documents, while also providing an efficient, season oriented means to organize, store, and access these external documents.

Your Seasons can be stored either locally or on your file server and accessed via your internal network.  The Sports Information Desk can also create Season CD-ROMs (or DVDs).  These CD's can be used to easily offload and store your Season data on a media that can greatly reduce your need to maintain large quantities of paper documents.  This added benefit can free up space used by numerous file cabinets.

You can also produce CD's that include a read-only version of our GameDiary software.  These CD's can make a great gift for your players or used as a fundraiser for your organization.

Our SID Personal Edition  personal sports software application is similar to the Team Edition but can only profile a single player within a Season.  This edition also lacks the team statistics and GameDiary CD features present in the Team Edition. 

The Personal Edition is the best personal sports software available to manage an individual player's sports information and create a portfolio.  Like the Team Edition, it contains the visual statistics chart, team roster, external documents feature and expanded player profiles.  It includes all of the GameDiary features and benefits listed below.

GameDiary  - your personal sports organizer

GameDiary is a low cost personal sports organizer designed for individual athletes and their parents.  This personal sports software application's purpose is to "tell the story" of an athlete's season, and this means more than just compiling and reporting a player's statistics. Pictures, video clips, game notes, sound annotations each add a dimension to a player's unique and personal season story!

Just like the Sports Information Desk, GameDiary also uses Seasons, giving you quick, organized access to all of your information and memories.  Forget the photo album and looking for some scrapbook in the back of a closet.  With the GameDiary personal sports organizer software, simply open a Season file, and instantly relive your sports experiences.
