To make payment for an order by telephone, simply fill out the Order Form as you normally would and select "Phone" on the "Payment Method" section, this will provide you with the phone number you need to use to call in your payment information.

Note that an additional $3.00 processing fee is charged by our payment processor to process a phone order.  You may avoid this charge by placing your order online using our payment processor's safe and secure online order system. 

All credit card orders are taken through Plimus, an independent company which provides a credit card ordering service only.  Phone operators cannot answer product questions and are only available for taking orders.  If you have any questions regarding the status of your order after it has been placed with Plimus, please contact Avaplay Corporation directly by sending and Email to orders@avaplay.com.
